Verdict up front: AYA Markets tells visitors it is “Regulated & licensed by Mwali International Services Authority”, advertises leverage up to 1:1000 and says it is “Trusted by 10,000+ traders”. The MISA register it relies on has been described by the Central Bank of Comoros as fabricated.

What the website says
The footer of ayamarkets.com, read on 21 September 2026, says AYA Markets (Comoros) Ltd, Bonovo Road, Fomboni, is incorporated under registered number HY00423002 and licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority as an “International Brokerage and Clearing House” under licence T2023263.
The homepage adds “Client funds are highly secure” and “Trusted by 10,000+ traders”. On Forex Peace Army it has one review, from February 2025. We searched the Mauritius FSC register for AYA Markets and found no entry.
One address, many brokers
AYA Markets is registered at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, on the island of Mohéli in Comoros. Forex Peace Army lists the same Fomboni address for several other brokers holding MISA numbers, including Zetradex, DuraMarkets and GVD Market. That is a registration agent’s address, not a trading office.
MISA, the Mwali International Services Authority, is not a financial regulator you can rely on. FinTelegram reported in 2023 that the Central Bank of Comoros called the MISA register “a fabricated entity with no genuine presence”, with no lawful power to license financial businesses.
The offer
AYA advertises leverage of up to 1:1000 — more than thirty times the 1:30 cap UK and EU regulators allow retail traders on major currency pairs — and Forex Peace Army records a minimum deposit of just $1. At 1:1000, a price move of 0.1% against you wipes out your margin.

What this means for you
A MISA number gives you no regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme. “Client funds are highly secure” is a sentence, not a protection.
Before you fund any broker account
- Treat a MISA or Mwali licence as no licence at all.
- Look for a licence number you can check on the regulator’s own website — a company registration number is not a licence.
- Check the domain’s age and compare it with the company’s age.
- Leverage above 1:500 is a red flag, not a feature.

Our view: AYA Markets rests on a Comoros licence that gives you no real protection and offers leverage up to 1:1000. Keep your money away from it.
