Victory Charts (victorycharts.com) is an Arabic language trading site for forex, metals, indices, stocks, energy, crypto and ETFs. It tells visitors it is licensed and supervised by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission under licence “PHR348”. On 29 October 2026 that same commission listed victorycharts.com on its alert list of suspicious websites.
A licence the regulator does not recognise
This is the simplest check a reader can make. If a broker names a regulator, go to that regulator. Here the regulator has answered for you: the SFC says this website is suspicious. The site also says it is “registered in the country of incorporation” without ever naming the country, or the company.

⚠ What we recorded on Victory Charts
- SFC alert list, suspicious website, 29 October 2026.
- Licence number PHR348 claimed in the footer.
- Trading platform hosted on a separate domain, liveweb-platform.com.
- Dashboard figures marked “illustrative”.
Four offices and no company
Victory Charts lists offices in four cities across the Gulf and in London, yet only one phone number, a Saudi mobile that doubles as a WhatsApp line. That is how these platforms work in practice: the website is a shop window, and the real selling happens in private chats where an “analyst” guides you to bigger deposits.
The domain is less than three months old. The live dashboard on the home page carries a small word in Arabic that means illustrative. In other words, the numbers you see are not real trades.
Before you send another deposit
- Search the SFC public register for any licence number a broker gives you.
- Ask the account manager which company holds your money, and in which country.
- Write down every answer they give you and keep the WhatsApp chat.
- If you have already deposited, contact your bank today and report the site to the regulator in your own country.
