Who is behind Cambist Markets
The footer of cambistmarkets.com, read on 21 September 2026, says the site is operated by Cambist Markets Ltd., Company Number 2026-00039, with its registered address at Fortgate Offshore Investment and Legal Services Ltd., the Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. That is a company-formation agent’s office, not a trading desk, and the site names no regulator.
The domain cambistmarkets.com was registered on 23 October 2025.
What the website pushes first
The top of the homepage is a banner: “100% DEPOSIT BONUS — Boost your trading power – trade more, earn more”. Further down it offers a $10 minimum deposit, leverage up to 1:500, an affiliate programme and referral rewards.
Deposit bonuses on leveraged products are banned for retail clients in the UK and EU, because bonus terms typically require heavy trading before any money can be withdrawn. Leverage of 1:500 is more than sixteen times the 1:30 cap those regulators allow on major currency pairs.
On Forex Peace Army, Cambist has two reviews, both five stars, posted on 14 and 18 May 2026 from UK accounts. That is the whole public track record.
The same address as another new broker
Cambist Markets is not alone at that address. Spredix Markets — another broker that appeared on Forex Peace Army’s front page this year — gives exactly the same registered office: Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. Cambist Markets’s company number is 2026-00039; Spredix Markets’s is 2026-00033. Both were incorporated in 2026.
A shared address usually means a shared company-formation agent — Cambist’s own footer names Fortgate Offshore Investment and Legal Services Ltd — not necessarily a shared owner. But it tells you what these firms are: newly formed offshore companies at a registered-agent address, with no licence from any financial regulator. See our report on Spredix Markets.

What this means for you
With no regulator there is no ombudsman and no compensation scheme. If a withdrawal is refused because bonus conditions were “not met”, nobody will step in.
Before you fund any broker account
- Look for a licence number you can check on the regulator’s own website — a company registration number is not a licence.
- Check the domain’s age and compare it with the company’s age.
- Treat a bonus of 100% or more as a warning sign. Bonus terms are the usual reason withdrawals get refused.
- A registered-agent address is not an office. Search the address — if other new brokers share it, you are looking at a formation agent.

Our view: Cambist Markets is a 2026 offshore company at a formation agent’s address, with no regulator, an eleven-month-old domain and a 100% bonus. Keep your money away from it.
