Bitcoin Xact (bitcoin-xact.fr) is a French language page that sells an automated trading robot for Bitcoin. It answers its own question before you can ask it: “non, ce n’est pas une arnaque”, no, this is not a scam. France’s market regulator, the AMF, disagrees. It placed the site on its crypto asset blacklist, with an entry dated 3 February 2026.
How the robot funnel works
Sites like this rarely trade anything themselves. You leave your name and phone number, and within hours a “broker partner” calls. The 250 dollars is the first step. The caller then asks you to install remote access software so they can “help”, and the next deposit is bigger. Every social media icon on Bitcoin Xact leads back to the sign up form, which tells you what the page is really for.
The AMF publishes its blacklists so that anyone can check a name before they pay. It takes a minute, and it would have flagged this one months ago.

A French site leaning on a Canadian agency
To sound trustworthy, Bitcoin Xact cites the guidelines of FINTRAC. FINTRAC is Canada’s financial intelligence unit. It has nothing to do with authorising crypto services in France, which is the job of the AMF. Pointing to the wrong country’s agency is a small detail, but it tells you the text was written to impress, not to inform.
