KANZ Investment Services (kanz-group.ch) is written in German and looks like a sober Swiss wealth manager. It offers shares and bonds, savings deposits, cryptocurrency, pre IPO stakes and managed portfolios. Switzerland’s financial regulator FINMA added it to its warning list on 30 October 2026.
Two countries, one phone number
| Swiss address | Av. Ignace Paderewski 28B, 1110 Morges |
|---|---|
| German address | Kölnturm, Im Mediapark 8, 50670 Köln |
| Phone | +49 221 586 098 96, a Cologne number |
| info@kanz-invest.ch, a different domain | |
| Experience claimed | “8+ Jahre Börsenerfahrung” |
| Copyright | 2025, with no company named |
A Swiss company limited by shares that answers on a German phone line and writes from a second domain is not impossible. But together with the rest, it is a pattern we see on cloned investment sites again and again.
⚠ What we recorded on KANZ
- FINMA warning list entry, 30 October 2026.
- No licence or supervisor named on the site.
- Domain is a .ch address; the Swiss registry does not publish its creation date.
- Images load from the folder of a generic demo theme.
Pre IPO shares are the oldest hook
Of everything on the menu, the pre IPO offer is the one to watch. The pitch usually goes like this: a famous company is about to list, and a small allocation is available to you before the public gets in. You pay, you receive a certificate, and the listing date keeps moving. In Switzerland, selling securities to the public needs a FINMA authorisation. KANZ names none, and FINMA has now said so publicly.
The site promises “Sicherheit und Chancen”, safety and opportunity. A firm on the regulator’s warning list can offer neither.
KANZ Investment Services: How to check a Swiss firm
- Use the FINMA search before you sign anything.
- Look up the company name on the list of authorised institutions.
- Then look it up on the warning list, where KANZ now appears.
- If a caller pressed you to decide quickly about a pre IPO allocation, write down what they said and when.
- Report the contact to FINMA and to the police in your country.
