Editorial standards & corrections policy

Ettran Reclaim publishes research to help people assess the risk of trading, investment and crypto platforms before they commit money. These standards govern how that work is produced.

Independence

Our reviews are not for sale. We do not accept payment to publish, alter, soften or remove a review, and being written about favourably or unfavourably cannot be bought. Where we mention a service, any commercial relationship is disclosed.

Evidence and accuracy

Every factual claim is sourced to something a reader can verify — a domain registration record, a regulator’s public register, or a documented pattern of user reports. We distinguish clearly between verified fact and our assessment of risk, and we hedge language wherever a finding is not conclusive. Our full method is described in Our Review Methodology.

Corrections

We correct verified errors quickly and transparently. If you believe something we published is inaccurate, email support@ettran.com with the specific claim and supporting evidence. When we change a review in response, we note that a correction was made and when.

Right of reply

Platforms and firms we write about may respond to our findings. Substantiated responses are reflected in the review.

Authorship

Reviews are prepared under the editorial oversight of David Sanders, Licensed Fraud Investigation Agent, Investor Protection Unit — Pinkerton. Questions about our editorial process can be sent to support@ettran.com.
