The UK Financial Conduct Authority warned about Transits Assets (transitsasset.com) on 1 October 2026: “This firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission.” The domain was registered on 10 May 2026.
A “Test” plan paying 150% per trade
The plans section opens with a plan literally called TEST: “150% / Trade” for deposits from $500 to $2,999, with “Principal return on maturity” and “Instant Withdrawal”. A single trade that returns one and a half times your stake, with your stake returned as well, is not a trading result. It is a promise no broker can keep.
| TEST | 150% per trade, $500–$2,999 |
|---|---|
| BEGINNER | 16% per trade, $100–$25,000 |
| BASIC | 25% per trade, $3,000–$29,999 |
| STANDARD | 2.5% per trade, $25,000–$100,000 |
| BUSINESS | 3.1% per trade, $100,000–$1,000,000 |
| Domain registered | 10 May 2026 |
The site argues with itself
The same homepage that promises the principal back carries a risk warning that says the products are Contracts for Difference and that “You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.” Both statements cannot be true. The warning is copied from a real broker template; the plans are what the operators actually sell.
The FCA notice also gives two addresses for the firm — 1 Canada Square in Canary Wharf and a suite on Grace Avenue in Great Neck, New York — and a phone number, 7027064466. None of them appears on the website, which publishes no address or phone at all. The FCA lists the same number against Wils Investments, another site we have reported.

How the plan is usually sold
Victims rarely find Transits Assets on their own. A message on social media or a dating app introduces a friendly mentor who shows screenshots of profits and suggests the TEST plan as a low-risk first step. The dashboard then shows the 150% gain almost at once. When the victim asks to withdraw, a new condition appears: an upgrade, a tax, or a minimum balance. Each one is a further deposit.
