A UK company acting as payment agent does not make OFP a UK-regulated firm. The trading itself is on demo capital, and the payout decision is the firm’s alone. Accusations built on “patterns” rather than trades are almost impossible for a trader to disprove.

The October trader says he never used an EA or any automated software, and that OFP based its decision on “overall characteristics and execution patterns” rather than any single trade. The August trader, on a $100k account, says support told her she had to move from MT5 to OFP’s own platform around 5 August. She lost her MT5 logs in the move, kept trading gold, and had her payout rejected.
Proving you did not use an EA with OFP Funding
- Accusations of using an Expert Advisor can be tested.
- Your MT5 journal records whether an EA was attached to a chart, and manual orders show as such.
- If OFP Funding relies on execution patterns, ask for the specific trades and the measure used.
- Keep your journal files; they are stored on your own computer, not only on the broker server.
