Apex Chain Investments LTD (apexchaine.com) promises “THE REVOLUTION IN CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS MANAGEMENT”, with Bitcoin mining and trading from $100. The UK Financial Conduct Authority added it to its warning list, shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 27 July 2026. The domain was registered on 14 August 2025.
How real mining works
Mining is a real business with real costs: machines, power and cooling. Its income changes with the price of Bitcoin and the network difficulty every two weeks.
No miner can promise a fixed plan, and none needs a three level referral scheme to stay afloat.

Which company is this?
Read the About section closely and you will find a sentence about making “Apex Pay Trading the finest investment company”. Apex Pay Trading is not Apex Chain Investments. It is the name of a previous site that used the same text. Scam builders reuse copy so often that old brand names slip through.
Here is what the page claims, in plain terms. The brand is Apex Chain Investments LTD, with Apex Pay Trading left in the text. It says it has “more than 45 thousand” investors and is “Fully regulated”, but names no regulator. The minimum deposit is $100, and referrals pay 5%, 3% and 1% over three levels.
Paid to recruit, not to invest
The site pays commission three levels deep: 5% on people you bring in, 3% on people they bring in, and 1% on the level below. It even says you can earn referral commission without an active deposit of your own. When a platform pays you to recruit whether or not you invest, the money you see is coming from new members, not from mining or trading.
The headline also misspells its own product: “TRUSTED BY MORE THAN 45 THOUSAND CRYPTOCURRECNY INVESTORS”. A firm managing money for forty five thousand people would notice a typo on its front page.
Apex Chain Investments, in short
