PrimeXInvestment runs on a domain called primexdash.com and tells you it is a digital bank “In Partnership With AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION”. The UK Financial Conduct Authority warned about it in July, and the alert was shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 27 July 2026.
The Centurion line
The Centurion card is American Express’s most exclusive product, offered by invitation only. Putting that word on a homepage is meant to make you feel you have found something premium. There is nothing on primexdash.com to show any link with American Express, and a partnership like that would never be announced on a site with no company name and a phone number that reads “VIP ONLY”.

Same address, same phone, same users, same leftover company name, same frozen rate table. Only the logo changes. The email field does not even hold an email address. It just repeats the brand name, “PrimeXInvestment”.
Fake banks are often the second part of a scam. You are told your trading profits or an inheritance are waiting in an account at this bank, and you only need to pay a fee to unlock it. That fee is the whole point.
