The one thing a developer cannot rewrite
An app’s name, icon, screenshots and description can all be changed at any time. The package name cannot. It is set when the app is first published, it is how Android identifies the app on every device, and Google Play does not allow it to be edited afterwards. Change it and you have a new app with none of the old one’s installs or reviews.
That makes it the closest thing a listing has to a birth certificate. This one reads com.midwalk.mydailymanager.
