“I spent a lot of time using this app and successfully reached the required target. However, when it came time to withdraw my earnings, I found no option to do so. I submitted both my bank account details and my PayPal account information, but I still cannot withdraw my money. If there is no way to receive the promised payment, then this appears to be another scam.”

That detail is worth isolating. The app did not collect one set of payment credentials. It collected two, from the same person, at the point where they were most motivated to hand them over — and paid out neither time.

A video-maker account with five trading apps
The publisher, Vintage Inc, lists an app called Animation Photo Video Maker — and five separate trading products: Auto Trading with AI, AI Robot Trading, Zero Invest 24/7 Trading, Zero Investment Trading and Learn Stock Market Trading.
All five give the same three contact details: a free web.app Firebase subdomain for a website, one personal Gmail address, and a Blogspot page for the privacy policy. No company name. No registered address. No regulator named on any of them.
It is the same arrangement used by at least four other Play developer accounts publishing trading apps — a pattern of shopfronts rather than firms.

Run the withdrawal test while it is still small
If an app shows you a balance, try to take a small amount out at the first opportunity — long before the number is large enough to feel worth protecting. A platform that pays a small withdrawal quickly has told you something real. One that answers with a threshold, a verification step or a request for a second payment method has told you something too.
And treat a request for more than one payment method as the signal it is. A business that intends to pay you needs one.
