Verdict up front: Texrilo (texrilo.com) is a copy of the website of TMGM, a real Australian broker. ASIC listed it on 24 September 2026 as an impersonation of Trademax Australia Limited. The real TMGM is at tmgm.com. Do not log in or deposit.

Someone else’s licence, word for word
The footer reads: “Trademax Australia Limited (ABN 76 162 331 311) is a financial services company and regulated by Australia Securities & Investments Commission (AFSL No. 436416).” That is TMGM’s real licence. ASIC says texrilo.com is impersonating that company.
The one link that changed
The copy still shows TMGM’s own phone number, support@tmgm.com.au and a link to www.tmgm.com. But the PORTAL button — where you enter your email and password — goes to portal.texrilo.com. Everything is borrowed except the page that takes your details.

Five weeks old
texrilo.com was registered on 26 August 2026. TMGM has operated from tmgm.com for years. A broker does not move its client portal to a new, unrelated name.
Why clones work
Search “TMGM” and the real reviews, licence and history all check out. A clone rides on that trust. The only defence is the address bar.
⚠ Verified evidence
- ASIC: “Impersonation of Trademax Australia Limited (texrilo.com)”, 24 September 2026 (IOSCO I-SCAN).
- The site copies TMGM’s licence AFSL 436416 and ABN 76 162 331 311.
- Its log-in goes to portal.texrilo.com, not TMGM.
- Domain registered 26 August 2026.
How to check
Look up the broker on ASIC Professional Search and use only the website address listed there. For TMGM that is tmgm.com. Never log in through a link you were sent.
The verdict: Texrilo copies a real broker’s site and licence and swaps in its own log-in page. ASIC calls it an impersonation. Do not log in or deposit.
