Verdict up front: Tcinos Group promises “High-Return Ventures”, forex and precious metals from an office in Zürich. FINMA has put it on its warning list. Its own header lists office hours of Sunday to Thursday — not a Swiss working week.

The FINMA warning
Switzerland’s financial regulator, FINMA, added Tcinos Group to its warning list in July 2026. FINMA uses that list for firms it believes may be offering financial services without the licence Swiss law requires. The entry lists tcinosgroup.com and Hermetschloostrasse 77, 8048 Zürich.
A FINMA warning does not mean every client has lost money. It means the regulator has looked and cannot find the authorisation this firm would need. Anyone dealing with it has no Swiss supervisor to turn to.
What the website shows
The homepage headline is “Navigate the Financial Markets with Confidence”, promising “Expert Retirement Planning, Precious Metals, and High-Return Ventures” and “the Power of Forex Trading”. The logo reads “Tcinos Investment” while the site calls itself Tcinos Group.
The header gives “SUN – THU: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM” beside the Zürich address. Swiss businesses work Monday to Friday. The only contact is info@tcinosgroup.com, and no licence is shown.

What this means for you
“High-return” promises from a firm on FINMA’s list leave you with no Swiss protection.
Before you fund any broker account
- Search the FINMA warning list (finma.ch) and your own regulator’s register before sending money to any “Swiss” firm.
- A Swiss street address is not a Swiss licence. Genuine FINMA-supervised firms appear on FINMA’s own list of authorised institutions.
- Check the domain’s age. A young domain behind an “established” firm is a warning sign.
- Check the contact details. Foreign mobile numbers and emails on a different domain from the website do not belong to a real Swiss bank or broker.

Our view: Tcinos Group is on FINMA’s warning list and promises high returns from a Zürich office that keeps a Sunday-to-Thursday week. Keep your money away from it.
