Olymp Matix contradicts itself inside a single listing, and the contradiction is about the one thing that matters: whether it trades your account.

The marketing and the disclaimer
The description sells automation in plain terms: “Simply pick an asset, select an indicator like RSI, MACD, or CCI, launch a bot, and watch the results. No more manual work! Let the bot handle all your trades.” A few paragraphs later: the application “does not provide brokerage services, does not execute trades on behalf of users, and does not hold or manage user funds.” Either the bot handles all your trades or it does not execute trades on your behalf. One of those sentences was written to sell and the other to defend, and they cannot both describe the product.
Riding a broker’s brand
The app is called Olymp Matix, its site is olympmatix.com, and the listing says “Use our platform to automate your trades on Olymp Trade.” Olymp Trade is a separate company. Nothing on the listing states any affiliation, endorsement or permission, yet the name and domain are built on that brand. Users searching for the broker will find this instead.
The same shell, twice over
Like its sibling QuMatix, it is “owned and operated by Tradematix LLC, a company registered under registration number 3583” at the same Kingstown address, with the same Spanish phone number. Two apps, one unlicensed offshore entity, roughly 1.5 million installs between them, both filed under Tools rather than Finance. That is not an accident of categorisation repeated twice.
Risk-free practice, real broker
It describes itself as “completely risk-free, allowing you to practice with virtual funds instead of risking your own” and says it “does not guarantee profits”. But the stated purpose is automating a live account at a binary-options broker. Practice mode is the on-ramp; the destination is a product European and UK regulators have banned for retail clients.
What we verified
- Play listing shows “About this app”, category Tools, 500,000+ installs, last updated 18 August 2026 (checked 24 September 2026).
- Description says “Let the bot handle all your trades” and also that the app “does not execute trades on behalf of users”.
- App name and domain olympmatix.com build on the Olymp Trade brand with no stated affiliation.
- Same operator as QuMatix: Tradematix LLC, registration number 3583, Kingstown, St Vincent and the Grenadines.
- Both apps are filed under Tools rather than Finance, totalling roughly 1.5 million installs.
This is not a finding of fraud. But when a listing’s marketing and its own legal wording describe two different products, assume the disclaimer is the one that will be read back to you if the money goes — and note that the same offshore company is running this play twice.
