Nexura VG presents itself to German institutional investors. The figure it reports is dated — and the date is the problem.

An as-at date six months before the domain
The site reports “Verwaltung von Vermögenswerten, davon 423 Millionen Euro für institutionelle Anleger (Stand: 21. November 2025)” — €423 million under management for institutional investors, as at 21 November 2025. The domain nexuravg.com was created on 5 June 2026. The stated reporting date precedes the website’s existence by more than six months.
Eight years of expertise, three months of domain
It also claims “Mehr als 8 Jahre Expertise im Bereich nachhaltiger Kapitalanlagen” and describes itself as “Teil eines stabilen und etablierten Finanznetzwerks mit starken Wurzeln und langfristiger Ausrichtung” — part of a stable, established financial network with strong roots. Eight years of expertise and a three-month-old web presence do not sit together without an explanation, and none is offered.
The Impressum that identifies nobody
German law requires a provider identification — §5 TMG — giving the legal name, the commercial register number and a business address. The footer links an “Impressum”, but no legal company name, no Handelsregisternummer and no street address appear anywhere on the site. For a business soliciting institutional money in Germany, that omission is not a design choice; it is the single most checkable failure on the page.
What it says it does
The copy covers equities, real estate and convertibles — “Unser vielfältiges Aktienportfolio umfasst globale Märkte”, “Dank langjähriger Expertise im Immobilienbereich”, “Wandelanleihen vereinen das Wachstumspotenzial von Aktien mit der Risikominimierung einer Anleihe.” Managing third-party assets in Germany requires BaFin authorisation. No BaFin reference, licence number or regulatory statement appears on the site, and BaFin is the source authority behind its investor-alert listing.

An investor-alert listing is a warning, not a court finding. But an asset manager that reports a November 2025 balance on a June 2026 domain, and publishes an Impressum naming nobody, has failed the two easiest tests a German investor can run.
