MSF AI — “Some Rights Reserved”

Verdict up front: MSF AI offers CFD trading in French from a site that contains a login box, a register button and a risk warning — nothing else. Its risk notice excludes the United States, China and the UAE by name, and says nothing about France, where it is blacklisted. Its footer reads “Some Rights Reserved”.

The AMF blacklist

France’s market regulator, the AMF, maintains a public blacklist of websites offering investment services to French residents without the authorisation the law requires. msf.global was added on 27 February 2026.

Being on that list is not a finding about any one client’s experience. It means the regulator looked for an authorisation and did not find one — so there is no supervisor, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme behind this firm, and nowhere to take a complaint if money goes in and does not come out.

Three countries named, one left out

The risk warning is written in fluent French and says, in part: “nos services ne sont pas disponibles pour les résidents et citoyens des États-Unis, de la Chine et des Émirats arabes unis” — our services are not available to residents and citizens of the United States, China and the United Arab Emirates.

Those three are excluded because their regulators pursue unlicensed offshore brokers aggressively and can reach the people behind them. France is not on the list, and the site is written in French. That is the whole marketing strategy stated in a single sentence: serve the jurisdictions that are harder to be punished in.

“Some rights reserved” is a phrase from open-content licensing — it is what Creative Commons uses, and it means the author is deliberately giving some rights away. On a financial platform it is meaningless, and it is there because someone changed one word of a standard footer without knowing what the phrase meant.

It is trivial in itself. It matters because it is the same category of error as everything else here: a site assembled from parts, by people who are not reading what they publish, asking for your money.

A door with nothing behind it

There is no markets page, no pricing, no account types, no company information, no address and no regulator reference. The only ways forward are Se connecter and S’inscrire. You cannot evaluate this platform before registering on it, which is the point — evaluation is the step being removed.

The initials

“MSF” on a .global domain shares its letters with one of the best-known humanitarian organisations in the world. We make no claim that the resemblance is deliberate. It is worth knowing only because a familiar-looking acronym on an unfamiliar site does part of the reassurance work before anyone reads a word.
