“Say goodbye to waiting times! Instant deposit and withdrawal processing,” reads the front page of MBFX (mbfx.co). A trader from Pakistan says his withdrawal was rejected, his account deleted and his $200 kept.

71-75 Shelton Street is a London mail-forwarding address used by thousands of companies. The Rodney Court Building is a Saint Lucia registered-agent address. Neither is a trading office, and neither comes with a financial licence.

If you sent crypto to MBFX, write down the transaction hash, the date, the amount and the wallet address it went to. Ask MBFX in writing why the withdrawal was rejected and on what rule your account was closed. Then report the receiving address to the exchange you sent from. Exchanges can flag addresses linked to complaints, which helps the next person even when it cannot reverse your own transfer.

A $200 deposit and a deleted account
In April 2026 the trader said he deposited $200 in USDT to the wallet address MBFX gave him, changed his mind before trading and asked for it back. The withdrawal was rejected. A few days later, he says, MBFX support deleted his account and kept the money without explanation, and its WhatsApp support stopped responding.
He also says MBFX claimed membership of the US National Futures Association, and that the NFA told him MBFX is not a member and not regulated by it.
