Credoya’s front door is a login box. Behind it, the legal pages name a company and a number. Both are worth reading closely, because the date at the bottom of the page does not agree with the date the domain was created.

The copyright is older than the website
The footer reads “Copyright © credoya.com 2021”. The domain credoya.com was created on 5 August 2025. A site cannot hold a 2021 copyright in its own domain name four years before that domain existed. This is the single clearest fact on the site: the brand is presenting a history it does not have.
A company number sold as a licence
The legal page says “Blue Globe Finance, LLC (the ‘Company’) is a brokerage company”, “incorporated in Union Island and has obtained an international brokerage license under Company License No. 1519”, and that it is “regulated by St. Vincent and the Grenadines”. St Vincent’s Financial Services Authority has said publicly and repeatedly that it does not licence or supervise forex and CFD brokerage. A number issued when a company is formed is not a licence to take client money, however it is captioned.
The regulator it names does not exist by that title
It also cites an “accreditation issued by the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the FSA”. That is not the name of a supervisory body in St Vincent and the Grenadines. A firm that invents a regulator’s name is telling you the accreditation cannot be checked — which is the point of naming it that way.
What it says when the risk section starts
The same pages state “CFD trading, when traded on a leveraged basis carries a high level of risk of losing all of your investment”, that “Credoya will NOT be liable for any loss suffered”, and that it “does not provide any trading advice, recommendation, or guidance”. Those disclaimers are boilerplate, but set against the marketing line about “the world’s best environment” they show the shape of the deal: the upside is advertised, the downside is entirely yours.

A blacklist entry is not a court finding. But a copyright date that predates the domain by four years is not a typo you can wave away — it is the brand claiming seniority it never had, on the same page where it asks for your deposit.
