The FINMA warning
Switzerland’s financial regulator, FINMA, added Bring-UP Profits to its warning list in July 2026. FINMA uses that list for firms it believes may be offering financial services without the licence Swiss law requires. The entry lists bp-profits.com and the address Husacherstrasse 3, 8304 Zürich.
A FINMA warning does not mean every client has lost money. It means the regulator has looked and cannot find the authorisation this firm would need. Anyone dealing with it has no Swiss supervisor to turn to.
What the website shows
The homepage says “Transform Your Future with Bring-UP Profits”. Its contact block gives Husacherstrasse 3, 8304 Zürich, a UK mobile number (+44 7520 676340) and support@bp-profits.info. Registry records show bp-profits.com and bp-profits.info were both registered on 31 October 2025.

The menu includes a page called “Risk Free Trade”. Leveraged trading is never risk-free, and regulated firms are not allowed to say it is.
Same template, same pattern
Bring-UP Profits is one of three FINMA-warned sites we examined that share the same website template — the same menu, down to a page called “Risk Free Trade” on the English versions: Gold Signal Group, Capital Arrival Finances and Bring-UP Profits. Gold Signal Group also pairs a .com site with a .info email registered the same day.
Shared templates do not prove shared owners. But three “Swiss” investment firms, all on FINMA’s list, built from one kit is not a coincidence a careful investor should ignore.

What this means for you
A Zürich address with a UK mobile number and no licence is not a Swiss firm you can hold to account.
Before you fund any broker account
- Search the FINMA warning list (finma.ch) and your own regulator’s register before sending money to any “Swiss” firm.
- A Swiss street address is not a Swiss licence. Genuine FINMA-supervised firms appear on FINMA’s own list of authorised institutions.
- Check the domain’s age. A young domain behind an “established” firm is a warning sign.
- Check the contact details. Foreign mobile numbers and emails on a different domain from the website do not belong to a real Swiss bank or broker.
- “Risk free” trading does not exist. Any firm that offers it is telling you something untrue.
