Verdict up front: BDL Bank (bdlcic.com) presents itself as a Swiss private bank: CHF 150 bn under management, founded in Lugano in 1969, 20+ offices and 1,900+ employees, with a “My Access” client login. France’s AMF put the site on its blacklist on 29 September 2026. The domain was registered on 17 March 2026 — about six months ago.

Half a century on a six-month-old domain
The counters read “CHF 150 bn — Assets under management”, “1969 — Founded in Lugano”, “20+ Offices worldwide” and “1,900+ Employees”. A bank of that size has a website it has used for decades. This one was registered in March 2026.

What a clone is
Clone sites copy the name, history and design of a real, licensed institution so that a quick search seems to confirm them. The real bank is not involved. The fake one changes the web address and the contact details, so your money goes somewhere else.

A login for ‘clients’
The top-right button reads “My Access”. Fake banks use a client portal to show deposits and returns that exist only on screen. The site lists wealth planning, family office services and fixed income — products that need a banking licence.
France’s blacklist
The AMF added bdlcic.com to its list of websites offering financial services without authorisation in France. The footer says only “© 2026 BDL Bank”, with no Swiss company number and no FINMA licence.
⚠ Verified evidence
- France’s AMF blacklisted bdlcic.com on 29 September 2026.
- Claims CHF 150 bn under management and a 1969 founding.
- Domain registered 17 March 2026.
- No company number or FINMA licence shown; “My Access” client login.
How to check
If a bank contacts you, find its website yourself through FINMA’s list of authorised banks or your own regulator’s register, and call the number listed there. Never use the address or phone number you were sent.
What to do if you paid BDL Bank
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: BDL Bank borrows a private bank’s history on a brand-new domain and France’s AMF has blacklisted it. Do not log in or deposit.
