ArigoFX (arigofxtrading.com) markets itself as “Trusted by Indian Traders”, with UPI deposits, a 50% deposit bonus and leverage up to 1:500. Its own FAQ then says it is “not authorised by SEBI or the RBI” and that sending money abroad for margin forex trading “is not a permitted purpose” under India’s remittance rules.
Registered is not regulated
The company number is real in the sense that Saint Lucia registers companies. But a company registry is not a financial regulator, and the site names no licence, no licence type and no supervising body. Its “Since 2025” badge sits next to statistics that read “0+” instruments and “0/7” support.
Why this matters for Indian traders
- Margin forex with an offshore broker is not a permitted use of the Liberalised Remittance Scheme — the site says so itself.
- UPI payments to such brokers usually go to personal or mule accounts, which makes recovery hard.
- A bonus with no published terms is often used to block withdrawals later.
⚠ What we confirmed
- Targets India, admits it is not SEBI or RBI authorised.
- Saint Lucia company, no regulator.
- Leverage up to 1:500; 50% bonus.
- Domain registered May 2025.
We found no current regulator warning naming this exact website, so this is a red-flag review, not a regulator finding.
