A shared registered address
The Sotheby Building in Rodney Bay is a registered-agent address in Saint Lucia. Many unrelated trading brands list it as their “registered office”. A Saint Lucia business company registration is not a licence to handle investors’ money.
‘No fees … ensuring profits’
The account cards promise “No fees charged on trades, ensuring profits”. Fees have nothing to do with whether a trade makes money. The wording is aimed at people new to trading.
A deposit bonus
The menu offers a “Deposit Bonus”. Bonuses usually come with turnover conditions that block withdrawals.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Listed on the BrokersView (FastBull) scam broker list.
- Template contact details: info@example.com, “Prikano, Dope”.
- Registered-agent address in Saint Lucia.
- Deposit bonus, no regulator.
- Domain registered 8 January 2026.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.
What to do if you paid ArayFX
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: ArayFX has not even replaced its template’s sample contact details. Do not deposit.
