The AMF blacklist
France’s market regulator, the AMF, maintains a public blacklist of websites offering investment services to French residents without the authorisation the law requires. orbisolyx.com was added on 3 February 2026.
Being on that list is not a finding about any one client’s experience. It means the regulator looked for an authorisation and did not find one — so there is no supervisor, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme behind this firm, and nowhere to take a complaint if money goes in and does not come out.
A shell with a headline on it
The page opens confidently: ORBISOLYX UNDERSTANDS TRADERS’ NEEDS, then “Start Trading Smoothly”, then a paragraph of filler — “Online trading isn’t what it once was. With services like Orbisolyx, traders can access a wide range of functions to trade with ease.”

Then it runs out. The navigation offers two links and both say Home. There is no markets page, no pricing, no account types, no company page, no contact details and no legal section. The <title> tag — the text in the browser tab, which every website has — is empty.
Why an unfinished site is still worth a warning
It would be easy to dismiss this as abandoned. It is live, it is indexed, and the AMF thought it worth listing — and that combination is precisely the pattern to understand.
Sites like this are inventory. A landing page is registered, dressed with generic copy, and left in place until it is needed — at which point the traffic comes not from search but from a cold call, a message, or an advert, and the visitor arrives with a person already talking them through it. The website does not have to convince anyone on its own. It only has to exist when a name is typed in to check.
The registration date
orbisolyx.com was registered on 5 August 2025 — the same day as pensioninvest.org, another site on the same AMF list. Two blacklisted investment domains registered on one day does not prove common ownership, and we do not claim it does. It is the kind of coincidence worth writing down, because these operations are rarely built one at a time.

If someone sends you here
Nobody finds orbisolyx.com by searching for a broker. If this address reaches you, it reaches you through a person — a caller, a messaging-app contact, a social media reply. The website will not be doing the persuading, so judge the person instead, and check the name on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org before anything else.
Before you fund any broker account
- Look for a licence number you can check on the regulator’s own website — a company registration number is not a licence.
- Check the domain’s age and compare it with the company’s age.
- Treat a bonus of 100% or more as a warning sign. Bonus terms are the usual reason withdrawals get refused.
- Read review dates and reviewer histories. A handful of five-star reviews from one-review accounts is not a track record.
- Count the pages. A real broker has pricing, legal, contact and account pages. A one-page site with a confident headline is a placeholder waiting for a phone call.

Our view: Orbisolyx is a one-page shell with a duplicated menu, an empty title tag, no contact details and no licence, sitting on the French blacklist. If someone sends you there, that person is the risk.
