The email nobody answers
On 31 December 2024 a user wrote: “No with draw for this app I contact to support team I send email but not reply any person this app withdraw money plz guide to me.” 25 people marked it helpful.
He did exactly what the listing tells you to do. He found the support address, wrote to it, and got nothing back. There is no developer reply under the review either.
On 2 April 2025 another user described what the app actually is: “the ads it boring not easy you don’t even have time to trade it just all about ads it just ads you have been paid for.” That is a description of an advertising app wearing a trading interface.

The name in the package is not the name on the store
An Android package name is set when an app is first published and can never be changed. It is the one field on a listing that cannot be rebranded, which makes it the most honest thing there.
This one reads com.mytrademate.app. TradeMate. The store name is “Trade 24×7 with Zero Invest”, the website is trade-24x7-with-zero-invest.web.app, and the word TradeMate appears in neither. The listing was renamed at some point and the package kept the receipt.
One developer, two free mailboxes
This app publishes lyricallyvideostatus@gmail.com as its support contact. The same developer account’s other trading apps publish photovideomaker0@gmail.com.
Two different free Gmail addresses, on one shop, both named after video-status products, neither named after anything financial. Whichever one you write to, you are writing to a free mailbox that can be abandoned without notice — which is what the 31 December reviewer appears to have found.

The same developer also publishes Trade 24/7 Online Trading — a different app, a different package, a nearly identical name.
