Verdict up front: Tellidex is unusually direct about who it wants. Its homepage names three audiences: people new to trading, young professionals wanting to “grow wealth beyond the 9–5 grind”, and side hustlers. Those are the three groups retail leverage rules exist to protect. The AMF blacklisted it on 6 May 2026.

The AMF blacklist
France’s market regulator, the AMF, maintains a public blacklist of websites offering investment services to French residents without the authorisation the law requires. tellidex.io was added on 6 May 2026.
Being on that list is not a finding about any one client’s experience. It means the regulator looked for an authorisation and did not find one — so there is no supervisor, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme behind this firm, and nowhere to take a complaint if money goes in and does not come out.
The audience, written down
Most sites in this trade leave their target market implicit. Tellidex prints it on the front page:
“1. New to trading? Explore crypto, stocks & forex with tools built for beginners. 2. Young professionals: Grow wealth beyond the 9–5 grind. 3. Side hustlers: Access markets and manage trading activity alongside other work.”
Read that as a regulator would. It is a leveraged-products platform advertising itself to inexperienced people, to people who feel underpaid, and to people who will be trading while distracted by another job. Those are the exact characteristics that make a retail client vulnerable, and the reason European rules cap leverage and ban bonuses in the first place.
“Ultra-Fast Execution in milliseconds”
Execution speed is a real thing that real brokers measure and publish — average fill time, slippage statistics, the venue orders are routed to. Tellidex names no venue, no liquidity provider and no clearing arrangement. Without those, “milliseconds” describes how quickly a number changes on your screen, not where your order went.
The same applies to “Live Market Signals & Pro Analysis”. Signals are investment recommendations; issuing them for payment is a licensed activity in France and across the EU. No analyst is named and no track record is published.
Beginner-friendly is the selling point
“Trading doesn’t have to be complicated”, the site says — “beginner-friendly on the surface, with pro-level tools when you need more power.” Simplicity in a trading interface is not neutral. The friction a regulated broker puts in front of a new client — the appropriateness test, the risk warning, the leverage cap — exists because the products are complicated and most beginners lose money on them. Removing the friction is the feature being advertised.

The number that is never shown
Every authorised CFD provider in the EU must display the percentage of its retail clients who lose money. At well-run, licensed firms that figure is typically between 70% and 80%. It is mandatory precisely because a page like this one would otherwise read as an opportunity rather than a risk. Tellidex shows no such figure, because no one requires it to.
Before you fund any broker account
- Look for a licence number you can check on the regulator’s own website — a company registration number is not a licence.
- Check the domain’s age and compare it with the company’s age.
- Treat a bonus of 100% or more as a warning sign. Bonus terms are the usual reason withdrawals get refused.
- Read review dates and reviewer histories. A handful of five-star reviews from one-review accounts is not a track record.
- Look for the client-loss percentage. Any EU-authorised CFD provider must publish it. Its absence tells you the firm is outside those rules.

Our view: Tellidex advertises leveraged trading directly to beginners and people working second jobs, with no licence, no venue and no loss disclosure. Keep your money away from it.
