The FINMA warning
Switzerland’s financial regulator, FINMA, added SV-Alan to its warning list in August 2026. FINMA uses that list for firms it believes may be offering financial services without the licence Swiss law requires. The entry lists the names SV-Alan and Svalan, sv-alan2.com and Pl. de la Fusterie 12, 1204 Genève.
A FINMA warning does not mean every client has lost money. It means the regulator has looked and cannot find the authorisation this firm would need. Anyone dealing with it has no Swiss supervisor to turn to.
What the website shows
The homepage says “Scaling Your Wealth Starts Now!” and offers stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies and forex. The footer gives Pl. de la Fusterie 12, 1204 Genève — followed by the word “Elveția”, which is Romanian for Switzerland. No licence or company number is shown.

What this means for you

- Search the FINMA warning list (finma.ch) and your own regulator’s register before sending money to any “Swiss” firm.
- A Swiss street address is not a Swiss licence. Genuine FINMA-supervised firms appear on FINMA’s own list of authorised institutions.
- Check the domain’s age. A young domain behind an “established” firm is a warning sign.
