Verdict up front: SkyTrade Global Investments (skytradeglobalinvestments.com) calls itself “a fund management firm built by investors, for investors” with “a 25 year heritage”. The US Securities and Exchange Commission listed it in a warning on 4 June 2026. The domain was registered on 1 June 2021 — about five years ago.

‘Guaranteed to produce profit’
The site says it trades with “100% rated analysis by experts in the industry, guaranteed to produce the best outcome in terms of profit for our investors”. No regulated fund manager guarantees profit. In the US, that wording alone would breach advertising rules for registered advisers.

A 25-year heritage on a five-year-old domain
The domain dates from June 2021. The firm names no founders, no registration number, no SEC or state registration and no audited fund. A heritage that cannot be checked is just a slogan.
Packages instead of portfolios
The menu offers a “Package” and “Plans” page. Real fund managers publish fund documents, fees and holdings. Plans with fixed tiers and returns are the format of high-yield investment schemes.
What the SEC listing means
The SEC’s alert is public on IOSCO’s I-SCAN database. The SEC only flags websites it has reason to believe are soliciting investors with false or unverifiable claims — and a guarantee of profit is exactly that.
⚠ Verified evidence
- US SEC warning, 4 June 2026.
- Profit “guaranteed” by its own text.
- Claims a 25-year heritage; no registration shown.
- Sells packages and plans, not regulated funds.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid SkyTrade Global Investments
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: SkyTrade Global Investments guarantees what no fund manager can and shows no registration. The SEC has warned about it. Do not deposit.
