SignalForge — “Bigger Profits”, Then The Disclaimer

Verdict up front: SignalForge sells forex and crypto trading calls under the headline “Smart Signals. Better Trades. Bigger Profits.” A banner inside the same screenshots reads “TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Our app will not be responsible.” The publisher is “Avenger Raja”.

Two sentences that cancel each other

The store graphics promise, in order: “Smart Signals. Better Trades. Bigger Profits.” — “Accurate Entry — High precision signals” — “Optimized TP & SL — Perfected levels for maximum profit”.

On another screenshot, across the top of the app’s own interface: “TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Our app will not be responsible.”

Both are marketing decisions by the same publisher. The first set is what persuades someone to install and follow the calls. The second is what gets pointed at when a call goes wrong. A business that genuinely believed in “perfected levels” would not need to disclaim responsibility for them in the same set of images.

“Accurate” with nothing behind it

Accuracy is a measurement. It has a numerator, a denominator and a date range. A signals service that claims high precision can publish every call it has made, win and lose, with timestamps — and third-party verification services exist for exactly this purpose, used by providers who have something to show.

SignalForge publishes no record at all. Not a weak one; none. In a business whose entire product is predictive accuracy, declining to measure accuracy is the finding.

The publisher

The developer field reads Avenger Raja. That is a handle, not a firm — no company, no jurisdiction, no named analyst, no regulator. If a call empties your account there is nobody to complain to, and nothing to complain under.

The size of it

100+ downloads. This is a very small operation, which cuts both ways: it has no track record to defend, and nothing to lose by disappearing. Small does not mean harmless — the losses land on the account of whoever follows the calls, and those are not capped by the app’s size.

What a signal actually is

“Buy XAUUSD at 2,371.45, stop at 2,364.23, target 2,378.25” is not information. It is an instruction to place a trade with your money, and in France, the UK and across the EU, selling those instructions to retail clients is a regulated activity. The licence exists so that the person issuing them is competent, declares conflicts, and can be held responsible. Strip out the licence and you are left with the instruction and none of the protection — which is what the disclaimer is admitting.
