Verdict up front: Polar Tensor (polar-tensor.com) sells a “Neural Network Algorithmic Trading System” for crypto, with “proven performance with 3% max. drawdown”. France’s AMF warned about it on 8 June 2026. The domain was registered on 28 April 2025 — about seventeen months ago.

Three numbers and no proof
The page shows “3% Max. Drawdown”, “<50ms Prediction Latency” and “20.000 Trades Per Day”. It also says the system “consistently achieves 1.15 profit factor through systematic exploitation of cross-timeframe relationships and microstructural patterns”. None of it links to an audited record, a fund report, or a regulator filing.

Why a 3% drawdown is a red flag
Crypto routinely moves 5% to 10% in a day. A system trading it 20,000 times a day and never losing more than 3% would be the most valuable algorithm in finance — and it would not need retail deposits. Small, smooth loss figures are chosen to make people feel safe, not because they were measured.
‘Institutional inquiry’
A button invites institutions to get in touch, and there is a separate product called “Polar Money”. Dressing a retail funnel in institutional language is common: it suggests banks and funds use the system, without naming one.
What the AMF list means
France’s AMF publishes a blacklist of websites offering investments without authorisation. Being on it means the firm is not allowed to solicit French investors, and that the regulator has seen enough to warn the public.

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid Polar Tensor
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Polar Tensor sells precision it cannot show and a safety it cannot prove. The AMF has blacklisted it. Do not deposit.
