Verdict up front: Netestminers (netestminers.com) markets a crypto and forex trading bot under the headline “The Passionate Pursuit Of Safe Trades” and promises a “riskfree and dependable solution”. New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority warned about “Net Est Miners” on 2 December 2025. The domain was registered on 28 August 2022 — about four years ago.

A robot without risk
“We are building a riskfree and dependable solution … by leading a bold new future of robotics.” Automated trading loses money in bad markets like any other strategy. Selling a bot as risk-free is the claim regulators warn about most.

Webinars from someone else’s calendar
The page advertises a brokerage expo in Hong Kong, a webinar called “How to Overcome Licensing Challenges?” dated August 2022, and “How to Start Your Crypto Exchange From Scratch with Netestminers?”. These are template blocks from a broker-software vendor’s site with the name swapped in. They say nothing about this business.
A jobs board and an app
A jobs section advertises remote customer-service roles, and a pop-up urges visitors to download an app. Neither tells you who owns the company, where it is or which regulator supervises it — the site names none.
⚠ Verified evidence
- NZ FMA warning, 2 December 2025.
- Sells a trading bot as “riskfree”.
- Copied 2022 webinars and expo listings.
- No company, address or licence.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid Netestminers
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Netestminers sells a risk-free robot on a copied website. The FMA has warned about it. Do not deposit.
