Regulated, then not yet
The homepage says “Millions of traders choose MIRROTO for secure access to global markets through regulated international entities.” Further down, the regulatory notice says: “Any regulatory licenses or authorizations will be published only after they have been officially granted by the relevant authorities.” Both cannot be true. The second sentence admits there is nothing to publish.
A Wyoming LLC selling CFDs
The footer says Mirroto “is operated by Mirroto Holdings LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States.” A Wyoming LLC costs little to form and is not a licence to offer leveraged CFDs to anyone.

Copy trading, a prop challenge and referrals
It offers copy trading of “Masters”, a “MIRROTO Challenge” promising “up to 90% profit sharing with funded trading accounts”, and referral commissions paid from spread fees. Each product brings new deposits; none is supervised.
A paid press release
In July 2026 a press release on GlobeNewswire announced “The Social Trading Network”. Paid wire releases are published as supplied. They are not an endorsement and not a licence check.

How to check
Search the name on the FMA warnings list and on the regulator register of your own country. If a platform cannot name a licence today, it does not have one.
The verdict: Mirroto sells CFDs, copy trading and a prop challenge from a Wyoming LLC with no licence, and the FMA has warned about it. Do not deposit.
