Verdict up front: Luminex STO (luminexsto.com) sells a solar “security token” and says it is “Fully Regulated”. Its own terms say it offers no security token at all. The Dutch AFM flagged it on 15 September 2026. Do not buy.

More raised than the maximum
The sale bar shows Private Sale 0M, Pre Sale 100M, Soft Cap 190M and Hard Cap 320M. Under it, the amount raised reads $322,105,133 — above the hard cap, which by definition is the most a sale can take. Above it: “Countdown has ended!”
‘Fully Regulated’ — then not an offer
The hero says “Fully Regulated. Fully Transparent. Profit From Every Sunrise. Clean Energy. Proven Returns.” Its terms (last updated 25 April 2026) say nothing on the site is “an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase any financial instrument, security token, or investment product”. A security token offering that is not a security token offering.

Why solar

How to check
A real security token offering has a named issuer and an approved prospectus you can find on the regulator’s site. Check the AFM and ESMA registers before paying anything.
The verdict: Luminex STO claims regulation it denies in its own terms and more money than its own cap allows. The AFM has flagged it. Do not buy.
