Verdict up front: IPO Horizon (ipohorizon.com) offers “world-class financial solutions in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs)”. The UK Financial Conduct Authority warned on 1 October 2026 that it is a clone of an FCA-authorised firm. The domain was registered on 9 September 2025 — about thirteen months ago.

What a clone is
A clone firm copies the name, address or registration number of a real, authorised company so that a quick check of the FCA register appears to pass. The genuine firm has nothing to do with the scheme. The only safe contact details are the ones on the FCA register itself, not the ones on the website.

‘Since our founding in 2012’
The site claims a history going back to 2012 and a team of 210 professionals. Its domain was registered in September 2025. A thirteen-year-old firm with two hundred staff does not normally launch a new website under a new name.
IPOs and ICOs on demand
Ordinary investors rarely get direct allocations in hot listings, and ICOs are largely unregulated. Offering both together is a classic opening for “exclusive allocation” calls, where victims pay for shares that never arrive.
Fund recovery from the same people
The menu includes “Fund Recovery Services”. A firm accused of cloning offering to recover lost money is the second half of the trap: victims of one scheme are approached again and charged upfront to get their money back.
⚠ Verified evidence
- UK FCA warning, 1 October 2026: clone of an authorised firm.
- Claims founding in 2012; domain registered September 2025.
- Sells IPO and ICO allocations to the public.
- Also offers “Fund Recovery Services”.
How to check
Look the firm up on the FCA register and contact it only through the details listed there. If the website’s phone, email or domain differs from the register, you are dealing with a clone.
What to do if you paid IPO Horizon
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: IPO Horizon uses a real firm’s identity to sell deals it cannot deliver and recovery services nobody should pay for. Do not deposit.
