Borrowing the exchange
The company-information block states, in Thai, that the Stock Exchange of Thailand was established under the Securities Exchange of Thailand Act B.E. 2517 and gives the exchange’s real address on Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, followed by the name of the SEC’s own office. The banner images are from “Thailand Focus 2024”, a genuine SET investor conference. Nothing on the page says the site belongs to anyone else.

investmentins-gold.com was registered on 25 March 2026 through a Japanese registrar. Thailand’s SEC listed it six months later. The same week the SEC also listed several Facebook and LINE accounts used to recruit victims.
