Verdict up front: the app is called Forex Trading Robot Signals. So is the developer. So is the publisher account. The icon on the listing says maxpips forex signals. Nobody has updated any of it since August 2025, and it still takes payments.

A name that is not a name
There is a reason this listing is hard to write about: there is nothing to call it.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| App title | Forex Trading Robot Signals |
| Developer name | Forex Trading Robot Signals |
| Brand on the app icon | maxpips forex signals |
| Package name | com.forex.robotsignalsmt4 |
| Company name anywhere on the listing | None |
“Forex Trading Robot Signals” is what somebody types into the Play Store search box. Using it as the developer name means the account appears in the results twice — once as the app, once as the publisher.
It also means that if you go looking for who you are dealing with, you find the search phrase again. There is no registered entity, no country, no trading name. The only alternative identity on the page is a logo reading maxpips, which appears nowhere in the text.
Thirteen months without an update
The last release was 21 August 2025. In app terms that is a long silence: Android has moved on, Play’s own requirements have moved on, and any bug present in that build is still present today.
What has not stopped is the money. The listing still carries both ads and in-app purchases. An abandoned app that continues to take payments is not a neglected product. It is a position someone is content to leave running.
A user who read it correctly
Kibet Kelvin, 19 April 2026, is worth quoting in full because it is the most sober thing on the page:
“This app provides forex trading signals using so-called AI or automated analysis. It’s easy to use and may help beginners understand trade setups, but the ‘AI trading’ claims are often exaggerated. There’s no guarantee of profit, and results can be inconsistent. Best used as a support tool—not something to rely on fully for real money trading.”
Above it sit two five-star reviews from 2023. One says: “This app helps me alot in trading different cryptocurrencies… it provides correct signals and tips which helps me to make lots of profits.”
That is a review of crypto signals, on a forex app, written three years before the app’s current rating settled at 3.0. It is still one of the first things a new visitor reads.

Where this sits
A trading app you cannot name, cannot attribute and cannot contact is not automatically a fraud. It is, however, the exact profile of something that can disappear without anybody being able to say who left.
It is filed with our other Flagged Apps.
The verdict: an unmaintained signals app with a search phrase for a name, a different brand on its icon, no company behind it, and its most flattering reviews written in 2023 about a different asset class. It still takes money.
