Verdict up front: Alantra Capital Markets (alantra-markets.com, “ACM”) is a Russian-language trading site that calls itself a world market leader with more than 80,000 satisfied clients and “a regulated broker”. Its footer gives a London address but names a company registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) warned about it on 29 May 2026. The domain was registered on 5 December 2025 — about ten months ago.

‘Your money is safe with a regulated broker’
That line sits in the middle of the homepage. The site never says which regulator. The only company named is ServiceComsvg LLC, recorded with the registrar of international business companies in St Vincent and the Grenadines — a jurisdiction whose financial authority does not license forex brokers. A broker that is genuinely regulated names its regulator and its licence number.

London on the letterhead, St Vincent in the small print
The footer opens with “2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London” — a widely used virtual-office address. In the same paragraph the operating company turns out to be offshore. It also promises compensation of up to €20,000 per claim from “the Financial Commission”, a private membership body, not a government regulator.
Step three: wait for the manager’s call
The sign-up guide has three steps: press Register, fill in the form, and “wait for a manager’s call”. One testimonial says three or four 15-minute sessions a week with an “analyst” produced “stable income”. Trading by phone with a personal manager is the standard pattern of boiler-room brokers.
A borrowed name
Alantra is the name of a well-known Spanish investment bank. That firm is not connected to this site and is not accused of anything here. The resemblance is the point: a familiar name makes an unfamiliar website feel safe.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Ukraine’s NSSMC warned about alantra-markets.com on 29 May 2026.
- Claims to be “a regulated broker” but names no regulator.
- Shows a London address but names a St Vincent company.
- alantra-markets.com was registered on 5 December 2025.
How to check
Look the broker up on the register of the regulator it claims, by company name and licence number. In the UK use the FCA register; in Ukraine the NSSMC warning list. A St Vincent company number is not a licence.
What to do if you paid Alantra Capital Markets
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Alantra Capital Markets claims regulation it cannot name, borrows a London address and a famous bank’s name, and Ukraine’s regulator has warned about it. Do not deposit.
