Verdict up front: Ever IA (ever-ia.com) is an Italian-language AI trading site with a badge that reads “Regolato da CNMV e CONSOB” — regulated by Spain’s and Italy’s securities authorities. Spain’s CNMV did the opposite: on 16 April 2026 it listed “EVER IA” as a clone. The domain was registered on 10 December 2025.
| Website | ever-ia.com |
|---|---|
| Pitch | “Trading Ridefinito da Intelligenza” — AI engine V4.0 |
| Badge on site | “Regolato da CNMV e CONSOB” |
| Numbers shown | 50,000+ active clients, €2.5B+ monthly volume |
| Warning | CNMV (Spain), clone listing, 16 April 2026 |
| Domain registered | 10 December 2025 — about 10 months old |
The regulator it names is the one that warned
Ever IA tells Italian visitors it is supervised by the CNMV and CONSOB. The CNMV’s own public list names Ever IA as a clone — a site that copies or invents a regulated identity. Claiming a regulator that has publicly disowned you is the clearest single sign of fraud there is.

A terminal that is only a picture
The right side of the page shows an “EAAIFX Terminal v2.0” marked “LIVE • Connected, Latency: 0.8ms, Server: EU-1”, with a spinner in the middle. It is decoration. Real latency is not printed on a marketing page, and real terminals do not live on the homepage.
50,000 clients in ten months
The site claims 50,000+ active clients, €2.5 billion a month in volume and 99.99% uptime. The domain is ten months old. A platform of that size would appear on registers across Europe; this one appears on a warning list.
The ‘automatic account’
The menu offers a “Conto Automatico” — an account the AI trades for you. Handing your money to an unlicensed “AI” means nobody is accountable for what happens to it, and nobody has to show you a real trade.
⚠ Verified evidence
- CNMV lists “EVER IA (CLONE)”, 16 April 2026.
- Site claims to be regulated by CNMV and CONSOB.
- Decorative “live terminal” with 0.8ms latency.
- 50,000+ clients claimed on a 10-month-old domain.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid Ever IA
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Ever IA names a regulator that has named it a clone. Do not deposit.
