Verdict up front: Qprotrade (qprotrade.com) says it is “Trusted by 20M+ traders worldwide”. Its footer carries a licence that names a different company. The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority published a warning about it on 28 September 2026. Do not deposit.

Somebody else’s licence in the footer
The footer reads: “Apex Markets is operating in Mauritius via Marketsall Limited, authorized and regulated as an Investment Dealer by The Financial Services Commission (License no: GB23201682).” It then gives “Apex Markets Ltd” as the address holder. The name Qprotrade appears nowhere in that licence text. A licence covers the firm named on it, not a website that copies the paragraph.
20 million traders on a four-month-old domain
The homepage promises “20M+ traders”, “198+ countries” and “75+ instruments”. The domain was registered on 15 May 2026. The only phone number is a UK mobile, +44 7916 697095, sitting next to a Port Louis office address.

Two prices for the same coin
On the same screen the scrolling ticker showed BTCUSDT at 76,592.01 while the “Live Markets” panel showed BTC/USD at 83,158.01. EUR/USD was 1.0842 in one place and 1.13368 in the other. Real brokers stream one price feed. A page that shows two is decoration.
Deposits in USDT, Bitcoin or PayPal
Step two of sign-up is “Fund your wallet” by bank transfer, USDT on three networks, Bitcoin or PayPal. Crypto deposits are hard to reverse, which is why unlicensed platforms push them.
⚠ Verified evidence
- The FCA (UK) published a warning about Qprotrade (qprotrade.com) on 28 September 2026 (IOSCO I-SCAN).
- The footer cites licence GB23201682 in the name of Marketsall Limited / Apex Markets, not Qprotrade.
- It claims 20M+ traders; the domain was registered on 15 May 2026.
- The same page showed two different Bitcoin prices.
How to check
Search the name on the FCA Register and on the FCA Warning List. Any firm quoting a Mauritius licence should appear under its own name on the FSC Mauritius public register.
The verdict: Qprotrade borrows another company’s licence, claims 20 million users on a new domain and is named in an FCA warning. Do not deposit.
