Verdict up front: Finvoire offers “Earn As Much As 9.1% Per Month” — “effortless monthly interest, automatically added to your cash balance… with zero commitments”. That compounds to roughly 185% a year. The blacklisted domain now forwards to a second one, and the AMF listed it on 10 April 2026.

The AMF blacklist
France’s market regulator, the AMF, maintains a public blacklist of websites offering investment services to French residents without the authorisation the law requires. finvoire.com was added on 10 April 2026.
Being on that list is not a finding about any one client’s experience. It means the regulator looked for an authorisation and did not find one — so there is no supervisor, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme behind this firm, and nowhere to take a complaint if money goes in and does not come out.
What 9.1% a month actually means
Compound nine point one per cent a month and you get roughly 185% a year. One thousand euros becomes about €2,850 in twelve months, and about €23,000 in three years.
No bank, fund or deposit product on earth pays that. Term deposits in the euro area pay low single digits annually. The moment a business offers an order of magnitude more than the market, only two explanations remain: either it is taking enormous undisclosed risk with your money, or the “interest” is being paid out of the next person’s deposit. Both end the same way.
The phrase “automatically added to your cash balance” matters too. That is a description of taking deposits and paying interest — regulated banking activity in France, requiring ACPR authorisation. Finvoire names no bank and no licence.
The domain that moved
The AMF blacklisted finvoire.com. Type that address today and you arrive at fin-voire.co — the same brand, the same pages, a different registration.
This is the standard response to a listing. Blacklists, browser warnings and search filters attach to a specific domain, so the operation registers a near-identical one and forwards the old traffic to it. Anyone who found the warning about finvoire.com and then visited the site would land somewhere the warning does not obviously apply.
The disclaimer under the promise
Beneath the crypto section sits one line in small type: “Invest with caution. This opportunity involves significant risk and no guarantees.”
Hold that against “effortless monthly interest, automatically added… with zero commitments”. The two sentences describe different products. The large one sells; the small one is there to be pointed at afterwards.

“Club members”
The crypto section mentions that “club members can also sell crypto for GBP or EUR”. A tier of membership that unlocks the ability to get money out is worth reading twice. On a regulated platform, withdrawal is a right, not a privilege attached to a membership level.
Before you fund any broker account
- Look for a licence number you can check on the regulator’s own website — a company registration number is not a licence.
- Check the domain’s age and compare it with the company’s age.
- Treat a bonus of 100% or more as a warning sign. Bonus terms are the usual reason withdrawals get refused.
- Read review dates and reviewer histories. A handful of five-star reviews from one-review accounts is not a track record.
- Compound any monthly return before you believe it. Multiply it out over a year; if the answer beats every regulated product on the market, ask where the money is really coming from.

Our view: Finvoire advertises 9.1% a month with zero commitments, publishes no banking licence, and forwards its blacklisted domain to a replacement. Do not deposit.
