Sixteen months untouched
The listing was last updated on 15 May 2024. Android has shipped new releases since. Play’s own target-API requirements have moved since. Nothing here has.
An app that claims to deliver “real-time market data” and has not been rebuilt in sixteen months is not being maintained by anybody. It is still installable, and it still carries ads.
The company that is not there
The developer name on the listing is Vintage Inc. The support address is siddharthkalotra44@gmail.com.
That is a free mailbox under a personal name that appears nowhere else on the listing. There is no Vintage Inc address, no registration number, no jurisdiction, and no link between the company name on the store and the individual who answers the mail — if anyone does.

Two claims that do not sit together
The description says the app lets you “navigate the world of stock trading learning without any actual capital”. Two sentences later it offers “access to real-time market data, portfolio tracking”.
Real-time market data is a licensed, metered product that exchanges charge for. A free app with no company behind it, no update in sixteen months and no revenue beyond ads is not paying an exchange for a live feed. One of those two claims is doing work the other cannot support.
