An empty shop window
The homepage shows a menu, a login button and legal text — little else. There are no account terms, no instrument list and no licence. Sites like this are built to receive traffic from a phone call or a chat, not to inform visitors.

What an IBC is
An International Business Company is a cheap offshore company. Registering one takes days. It does not give permission to offer trading to the public.
The usual route
Victims are typically contacted on WhatsApp or by phone, sent a link and asked for a small deposit. The account then shows profits until a withdrawal is requested.
⚠ Verified evidence
- Listed on the BrokersView (FastBull) scam broker list.
- Offshore Saint Lucia IBC with a Sri Lanka office.
- Almost empty homepage.
- No regulator or licence named.
- Domain registered 23 October 2025.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.
What to do if you paid Nest Markets
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Nest Markets gives investors nothing to check except an offshore company number. Do not deposit.
