Note the sequence. He met the published condition, so the app raised the bar — and when he cleared that too, there was still no mechanism to be paid. That is not a bug in a withdrawal system. It describes an interface with no withdrawal system behind it.

The last detail is the one that settles it. A support address that bounces is not an overloaded help desk. It is a contact field filled in to satisfy Google Play’s listing requirements, by an operator who never intended to read replies.

One website, two apps
Every Play listing publishes the developer’s own website in its App Support panel. This app gives start-zero-invest-trading-app.web.app.
So does a different app from the same developer — Start Zero Invest Trading, a separate listing with its own package name and its own 2,490 reviews. Two products, two store pages, one Firebase subdomain between them.
A firm with two trading platforms would have two sites, or at least one site describing both. What this shows is a single free subdomain being reused as a form-filler, because the field is mandatory and nobody expects a customer to click it.
The developer, Techno Apps Development, publishes three trading apps alongside Learn Web Development and Learn C# Programming. The contact on all of them is one Gmail address; the privacy policy for all of them is one Blogspot page.

Before you spend a single evening inside an app that promises money, send a one-line email to the support address on its Play listing. It costs nothing and it answers the question early: if that mail bounces, or nothing comes back, there is no one to complain to later — and the payout you are working towards has no counterparty.
